They were as good as new, if not better (because the shoes were already worn-in and comfortable on my feet... yet they looked brand new). Brought him another pair of brand new shoes that were hurting my heel... he recommended an inexpensive solution and that worked great! This man is an expert in a lost art. Your (nicer) footwear need not be disposable."
